Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Flat-Rate Shipping

A flat shipping fee of $7.77 applies to all orders excluding beverage items.
This rate covers standard ground shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Weight-Based Shipping for Beverages

All beverages (including canned or bottled drinks) are subject to weight-based shipping rates.
Shipping charges for beverage orders will be calculated at checkout based on total weight and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@cozycannabisdispensary.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
