This tincture is amazing for overall lung health and to support the lungs during a respiratory illness. We wildcrafted the mullein on our lands in Vermont and grew, harvested and processed the elecampane with the planetary cycles. Ingredients include: Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus)- calms irritation or inflammation on internal parts of the nose, mouth, and throat. Also is an expectorant. Elecampane (Inula helenium)- eases pain and losses phlegm from lung diseases. It has also been found to have an anti-inflammatory effect. Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)- is an adaptogen and works as an anti-inflammatory and expectorant Marshmallow root (Althea officinalis)- treats respiratory issues by acting as an enzyme to loosen mucous and inhibit bacteria Astragulus (Astragulus membranaceous)- treats fatigue, allergies, and the common cold.
